Sky Harbour Water Supply Corporation is a non-profit corporation that is owned by you, our customers. As a customer within Sky Harbour Subdivision area, you are a member of our corporation. Sky Harbour Water Supply was established in 1987 and is governed by a seven-member board of directors who are elected by you at the annual membership meeting. This meeting is held in April of every year. The directors serve for a three year term.
The rights, powers, privileges, authority and functions of the Water Supply are established by the general laws of the State of Texas pertaining to Water Supply Corporations. Sky Harbour Water Supply (PWS ID# 1110016) operates under the authority of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
